I've had my hands slapped by my co-moderator, Mike Smith, that I should have blogged this a while ago! So my apologies!!
I've been asked a few times about how we manage to put together something like ILUG or UKLUG. How do we handle them money, the sponsors, hotels, speakers, etc? Well, I though what better way to tell people than have a BOF about it at Lotusphere. Here's the details:
Title: BOF508 Creating and Running a Lotus User Group Event
Time: 5:45 PM
Room: Swan Heron (*upstairs* on the first floor)
We're timed just before the party (which I think is great timing - come see us then go party!), so please come over and meet us. As Mike says, the BOF sessions are pretty relaxed and the conversation goes both ways - so bring your questions, suggestions, views, harranging etc! And if you're from the UK, make sure to join us Monday night for UK Night as well. More (exciting) details of that to follow very soon!
