* Install it on the server (or Copy it there)
* change the path in %INSTALLPATH\framework\eclipse\links\*.links to the ones when run from the client
* Add the registry keys to the clients to drill a hole into Windows Firewall (via startup skript or whatever you have in place: "netsh firewall add allowedprogram Aktiv N:\Notes801\framework\rcp\eclipse\plugins\com
.ibm.rcp.j2se.win32.x86_1.5.0.SR6-200802132253\jre\bin\notes2w.exe "Lotus Notes 8.0.1" ENABLE")
* Put a Link on the Desktop and name it "Lotus Notes 8" (not the same as the install would put there!) and call "N:\notes801\notes.exe =U:\notesdata\notes.ini" (assuming you notesdata is also on a network share)
* Add a delete in the user logout skript for the stupid new link, which is created after the first startup of notes
Ah, and get a gigabit network...
This should also work for a USB Key version, just add a small batch file to regenerate the *.link files.
