Yes, sorry - lots and LOTS on, so little time to sit down and blog. How many times have I said that? Anyway, it's still true and one reason for my busy evenings at the moment is early planning for UKLUG. I'm really hoping that by this time next week, we'll have a confirmed venue, so stay tuned for that...
Also, I need to review ViCo4LN, which looks cool, Traveller (now it's out), a Blackberry (I know, I know....), write some articles, etc etc etc. Oh, and did you hear ILUG registrations open NEXT WEEK? Based on the feedback so far, get the OK from your boss *right now*. We have a big venue and it will sell out... quick....
Finally, here's a thought for you. It's now 2008. 7 Years after Stanely Kubricks 2001: A Space Odyssey was set, and we haven't achieved most of the things in that film It's also now less than 23 months till 2010 when the sequel was set. The Brits are playing on the tv, and Paul McCartney is playing Hey Jude, 40 years old this year. Kinda puts things in perspective, eh?
