Well, I said we were busy, didn't I? BE Systems (the consultancy company I work for) are actually so busy - we need new recruits! So, if you or anyone you know might be interested in working with us, then have a read below. I'd like to emphasise as well, that we're not necessarily looking for techno-geek-nerds (though that would be nice!). It's all about your business savvy, person skills and attitude, so if you've got those, then get in touch.

Due to our popularity with customers, we're looking to expand and employ new consultants to help us deliver World class solutions. We are looking for individuals who not only know their 'technical stuff' backwards, but are also able to communicate this to our customers. You'll join a World class organisation as a Consultant or Junior Consultant and have an opportunity to make a name for yourself in the industry. About us
BE Systems was formed by a group of consultants with many years of experience in the industry. We joined together to create a World leading consultancy practice, dedicated to Lotus products. Our Directors include well known industry figures who regularly present at conferences, including Lotusphere. We're active in the Lotus community too, and are involved with OpenNTF, LotusUserGroup.org and numerous regional and national events. We believe strongly that Lotus products are industry leaders and have changed the way that companies work. We want to help companies continue to do this, plus much more!
About you
You'll be IBM Certified, preferably to advanced level - or able to pass this immediately upon joining the company,
You'll be a technical whizz on Lotus Notes, Domino, Sametime, Quickplace, Domino Document Manager or Websphere Portal,
You'll be either an Administrator or a Developer, or both,
You'll have experience of working with business units, identifying issues and designing solutions,
You'll be able to produce technical and non-technical documentation and reports,
You'll be working alone much of the time, so you will be self sufficient and inventive and;
Ideally you’ll have some experience of working within Prince II project management techniques
About the work
You'll be willing to travel all over the UK and possibly throughout Europe,
When not with a customer, you'll be working from home,
You'll be involved in many different projects, from a single day to many months. Your exact work will depend on your skills and how rapidly you wish to learn,
You may be asked to present to customers or at conferences, and;
We're a growing company, so some of the work may well be to improve our own systems - your chance to have a say!
