Well, this should be interesting. A few weeks back I was invited to join the Holiday Inn private community (told you I stayed in hotels alot). It's a invitation only on-line forum that the Intercontinental group are using to get customer feedback.
What's that? A social network that one of our suppliers wants me to join? OK, so I couldn't really say no - but I'll let you know how it pans out. It's certainly the first community I've seen that has been organised by the supplier - outside of the IT industry. Perhaps we can generate some of that yellow goodness we're managed for IBM? We'll have to see I guess - but I will keep you posted....
