BP107 - The Low-Down on LDAP
Using IBM Lotus Sametime, IBM Lotus Quickr, IBM Lotus Connections or IBM WebSphere Portal? LDAP is the key directory technology necessary to integrate any (or all) of these applications together. This session will take a dive deep into LDAP, looking at what is necessary to build a core LDAP directory using IBM Lotus Domino. We'll take a look at what the directory schema is and how to leverage the open standard for integration with systems such as Active Directory. Finally, we'll see how Lotus Domino can integrate with other directories 'out of the box' via both Directory Assistance and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator.

"The Martian and the Venusian" will share the core mindsets and practices that will help bridge that communication gap and show 'those other people' what you wish they knew about your side of the equation. This session will facilitate communication between the two groups and establish a common ground for a better working relationship.
